All services provided by Dubois Securities Limited are subject to a signed service agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. Any changes to the scope or additional requests must be agreed upon in writing by both parties

Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Dubois Securities Limited reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments

Dubois Securities Limited offers maintenance services as part of certain service packages. Any defects in equipment due to manufacturing faults are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. However, damages caused by external factors, misuse, or unauthorized tampering are not covered, and repairs will be billed separately
